Gray and White Double Stamping Nail Art

Hello peeps! I've been a "holo" mood for the last week or so. All I want to wear are holo polishes. Not dark ones but light ones: pink, silver, nude. I think I'm starting to feel the nail polish seasonal transition. I'm not really loving the bright summery colors but I'm not ready for the dark vampy fall ones either. Today's nail art is a nod to that. I wanted to wear one of my current faves, A-England, Her Rose Adagio as my base. I've featured this polish on the blog before. It really lends itself to nail art because it so soft and feminine, but has a gorgeous linear holo effect that catches the light just so.

Tools used:

MoYou London Fashionista Plate 07

Clear Stamper

Polishes used:

A-England Her Rose Adagio

Hit the Bottle Snowed In

Moonflower Polish Gris

KBShimmer Clearly on Top

Steps:

I started with two coats of Her Rose Adagio and allowed to dry. I then stamped on my pattern with Snowed In. I wanted to give the pattern some dimension and a bit of color, so I used Gris to repeat the pattern on top of the white. I finished with a coat of Clearly on Top.

Double stamping is my jam. I love the effect and look of it so much and I really shoudl do it more often.

On another. completely unrelated note: Broadchurch. I binge watched it over the weekend. Why did no one tell me how good this show was?! I mean, people mentioned., "Oh, you should watch Broadchurch it's really good." But people say that about a ton of shows on Netflix. Why did no one grab me by teh shoulders and say" What is wrong with you?! Why aren't you watching this show?!" Well I've now watched the first two seasons. And I am shattered. Seriously. I cried so much while watching that show. And I never cry over TV shows.  If you ahven't watched it ytou need to get on it!
