MoYou Artist Plate 03: One Pattern Three Designs - Part One

Happy Tuesday folks! Today's post is the first in a three-part series I will be posting all this week. One of my favorite stamping plates in MoYou Artist Plate 03. It has a a bunch of great geometric stamping patterns, but I purchased it for only one particular pattern. Deborah at Love Varnish is the one who introduced me to this particular pattern and she has featured it on her blog numerous times(Deborah and I seem to have the same taste in stamping plates because she also uses my one of my other favorites patterns a lot as well. Great minds think alike lol!). Often times as a blogger it can feel like you should only use a stamping design once on the blog other wise you may feel repetitive. But when a design is so cool and inspires endless possibilities why not use it more than once? And so that is what I will be doing over the next three posts!

Tools used:

MoYou London Artist Plate 03

Polishes Used:

H & M Bird in Paradise

Wet n' Wild White French Creme

Konad Black

KBShimmer Clearly on Top

I started with three thin coats of Bird in Paradise, a bright hot orange. I picked this color up on a whim recently while at H & M and I'm obsessed. It is the perfect orange for summer. Then using the bottle brush, I swiped on light strokes of White French Creme (I wiped off any excess polish on a paper towel before brushing across nails). Using Konad black I stamped on my pattern (be still my heart how I love it) and finished with a coat of Clearly on Top.

I'm in love with this design! It was actually the second one I did but I loved it so much I decided to post it first. Stay tuned this week for my other two nail art designs featuring this pattern!
