Born Pretty Store Stamping Plate L007 Review & Nail Art

*Press Sample

Hi gang! As I stated awhile back Born Pretty Store has really improved their stamping plate game over the last six months or so. Every time I go on their site I see another plate that I want to try out. This particular plate caught my eye because of the amazing filigree, damask and peacock patterns it has. I am a sucker for all of the above!

Tools used:

Born Pretty BP-L007

Small detailing brush

Color4Nails Crystal Veil

Polishes used:

Polish My Life Muscat Martini

Konad Black

FUN Lacquer Million Dollar Dream

I started with two coats of Muscat Martini. I just got this polish and once again I am really impressed with Polish My Life's formula! Once dry, I applied Crystal Veil around my cuticles and, stamped on my peacock pattern using Konad Black. I added a bit of bling to the peacock feathers by using a small detailing brush and Million Dollar Dream.

I was originally going to use a darker base color but I really wanted the feathers and gold accents to pop. I still like the idea of maybe a dark purple base so will definitely have to try that out as well. Maybe for Fall?

What do you all think? Do you like the light base color? Also, have any of you tried Born Pretty Store's stamping plates and if so what do you think of them?

Born Pretty Store individual plates range from $.99 to $5.99. This plate (L007) retails for $4.79. Be sure to use my promo code PSL91 to receive 10% off your order. And as always, Born Pretty offers free shipping worldwide on all orders!
