Last night I sat down to do some quick nail art and nothing was really turning out the way I wanted it to. My frustration level was high and I just said, forget it! And decided to just paint my nails. While rifling through one of my polish drawers and not really wanting to wear any of the things I've worn a thousand times before I remembered this little gem. The OPI Holland Collection remains one of my favorite OPI collections of all time. I don't own every single polish and have been slowly acquiring them. One of the colors I finally got my hands on was I Have A Herring Problem. I got this last year I believe and it has sat in my polish drawer untried ever since. It's always fun to shop your own polish collection!
I started with my base coat and then applied two coats of I Have A Herring Problem. I could still my nail line so I added a third coat for full opacity. The formula is a bit on the thin side but that could simply be because it's been sitting in my drawer for a year! I finished with a coat of KB Shimmer Clearly on Top.
I also grabbed I Don't Give A Rotterdam which is like the lighter softer sister of I Have A Herring Problem around the same time I got this polish. It has also gone untried. I will need to remedy that soon!
