My Top Ten Favorite Polishes: Number Three - Nails, Inc Hampstead Garden

Hi, my name is Ameerah and I like fugly nail polish colors. I do. I can't help it. Give me a weird acid green or a dingy yellow and I'm all over it. This is evident in the third pick of my Top Ten favorite polishes list, Nails Inc Hampstead Gardens. The moment I saw this color in a blog post way back when I fell in love. It is in my humble opinion the perfect combination of all things fugly - and awesome!

var _gaq = _gaq || []; _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-41312601-1']); _gaq.push(['_setDomainName', '']); _gaq.push(['_setAllowLinker', true]); _gaq.push(['_trackPageview']);

(function() { var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true; ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + ''; var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s); })();

Hampstead Gardens is another color that has been featured on the blog before when I first purchased it. Cut to over a year later and I have already had to purchase a back-up bottle So how would I describe Hampstead Gardens? It is a mustard-y caramel-y brown cream. Emphasis on the mustard-y caramel-y part. The formula is fantastic. It applies smoothly and is semi-opaque with one coat and completely opaque with two.
I decided to do a fun skittle for this post since I have already swatched it all on it's own. I did a simple quatrefoil pattern on my middle finger using Wet N' Wild Fergie Grammy Gold and my dotting tool. For the glitter I used a combination of Esmaltes da Kelly Orange Sunset and Shimmer Tammy. I then applied simple round studs to my other nails.
Do any of you have a color that you just love that would be considered "fugly"? If so let me know what they are in the comments! Stay tuned for the rest of my Top Ten List!
