It's been a good long while since I did a My Favorites post so I decided to revive this series with a bang! I will be doing a countdown of my top 10 all-time favorite polishes and doing nail art with each one. This is a picture-heavy post so more after the jump!
Today we will start with my number one favorite polish of all time: Butter London Slapper. I have mentioned my love for this polish here many times before and I still am not tired of waxing poetic about it. I am a sucker for a teal polish and have many other besides this one. But Slapper stole my heart the moment I tried it and no other teal has been able to replace it. A real litmus test for whether I truly lurv and don't just "love" a polish is how many times I reach for it. Well my first bottle of Slapper is nearly empty and upon realizing this I panicked and immediately acquired a backup bottle. I just never get tired of wearing this polish!
For the pics I used two coats followed by a coat of KB Shimmer Clearly on Top. Unfortunately for me Slapper has always been one of those colors that are incredibly hard to photograph. For some reason it can read more blue than it really is. Which always bums me out and yet I keep trying.
I decided to do some stamping with my beloved Slapper. I used MoYou London Pro Plate 06 and Sinful Colors Black on Black for the swirly pattern.
Stay tuned for my next post featuring my second favorite polish of all-time!
