White Vine Nail Art

I'm planner- I can't help it. It's my OCD Type A personality. But one thing I have been endeavoring to do more is just sit down and see what happens when I do nail art. I almost always know what I want to do before I get started. Sometimes those ideas come to fruition and sometimes they don't but I just don't usually "wing" it. But last night I did and this nail art is the result of my freestyle nail art session. var _gaq = _gaq || []; _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-41312601-1']); _gaq.push(['_setDomainName', 'valiantlyvarnished.com']); _gaq.push(['_setAllowLinker', true]); _gaq.push(['_trackPageview']);

(function() { var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true; ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '.google-analytics.com/ga.js'; var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s); })();

It's been a long while since I sported black nails and I'd forgotten how much I like them! For this design I used my go to black and white polishes - Sinful Colors Black on Black and Snow Me White. I created my "vines" with my thin detailing brush.
I loved the monochromatic look of this but I felt something was missing and so...
...I added dots!! I'm on the fence about the dots and choosing the color red. I used China Glaze Adventure Red-y for the dots. I kind of wish I had chose maybe green or yellow or maybe just left it plain. What do you all think- do you like red or prefer the vines all by their lonesome?
