Dandy Nails Chilled Down

It's snowing! Finally. This is a big deal here in Chicago since we have had record low snowfall this winter. We are forecast to get a whole 3 inches! May sound like a lot to some of you but for Chi-town? Child's play. This snowy Friday is the perfect opportunity to show you my new polish obsession, Dandy Nails Chilled Down. It was truly love at first sight with this polish and I have pined for it ever since. After making googly eyes at it over the internet I decided we must be together.

Chilled Down is a soft semi sheer milky off-white base with small blue and gold micro glitter with a soft gold shimmer. It immediately makes one think of cold winter air and snow. Hence the name. For the pics I used three thin coats. I was really impressed with how opaque this polish was. I could have gotten away with just two coats but still had sip VNL (visible nail line) which is a pet peeve of mine. I it doesn't bother you then two coats would be fine. I used Seche Vite as my top coat.

This is a truly drool-worthy polish! Dandy Nails is sold on Etsy. Minis retails for $4.50 and full size bottles for $8.
