China Glaze Bohemian Collection - Deviantly Daring

Happy Saturday! It's amazing how the weekend can lift the spirits.  I for one am feeling a hundred times better than I did a few days ago. My summer cold is finally beginning to loosen it's grip. Last week I showed you my haul from my local nail supply shop. I am finally getting a chance to swatch them, yay! So be prepared to see a lot of swatch posts over the next couple of weeks. I've gotten a lot of nail mail lately so the list of colors to swatch is growing. Today I have China Glaze Deviantly Daring from their new Bohemian collection. Of the collection of six colors only three really stood out for me. DD was one of them; a gorgeous metallic peacock green-blue. DD is supposed to be a duochrome. Key word being "supposed". It is not. Sadly the already faint duochrome in the bottle does not translate on the nail at all. I have read a few other reviews of this collection and the duochrome is apparently pretty weak in all of them. I knew this when I bought it but still wanted the color. The formula is great; two coats and super shiny even without top coat. I did use SV for the pics below, but you could skip it and still get a great finish.
