Yesterday, I went to my local wholesale nail supply shops and spent entirely too much money- as usual. I can't really complain because I got some really great stuff! Today, I wanted to show you one of the polishes from my haul. Just Spotted The Lizard is one of the colors from OPI's Amazing Spider-man Collection. Some of the other colors are nice but I wasn't really wowed by them enough to want to buy them. But JSTL is a beautiful color in the bottle and even prettier on the nails. It is also a pretty obvious dupe for the stupendous Chanel Peridot. I've seen Chanel Peridot on others and I have to say that JSTL is a spot on dupe of it. The formula is lovely. The first coat went on sheer but after the second coat was opaque. The photos below are with three coats. I also used a new top coat, Color Club's Zero to Sixty Speed Dry Top Coat. I wasn't wowed by it. Though it did technically dry quickly when I went to clean up my cuticles the top coat dragged and created creases in the polish- and this was well after sixty seconds. It did however leave a nice shine on the nails. I'm currently in the market for new top coats so if you have any suggestions please comment below!
This was taken indoors under lamplight with no flash.
In sunlight. Sort of. I actually had to move into the shade a little because the color was so bright!
