TGIF! This has been a crazy busy week for me and I am so ready for the weekend. I have a confession to make. After grandly stating yesterday that I only own two pink nail colors, I was rifling through my collection last night and came across not one but two other pinks that I own. Can I still say that I am not really a pink nail polish girl? One of the colors I came across is Claire's Candy Shop. Which is a literal dupe for Deborah Lippmann's glitter polish of the same name. I bought this awhile back in attempt to avoid spending eighteen bucks on the DP version. The Claire's version is a decent dupe I have to say. It is chock full of the multi-color and multi-sized glitter like DP's, but the quality of the formula is what gives it away. It takes a good three coats to achieve the look in the photos below. And as you can see there are a few bald patches. The pink is a tad darker than the real version. The glitter is easy to manipulate and move around, which I like. My verdict for this dupe is that it is an okay one. And it is only $5 (in stores only; not available on the Claire's website) so if you're curious I say give it a try.
