Top Ten Polishes: Number Five - Essie Sand Tropez and Born Pretty Store Nail Decal Review

*Press Sample

Continuing my countdown of my top ten favorite polishes today with a polish that I know is near and dear to many people's hearts: Essie Sand Tropez. It's no surprise why this is one of Essie's best-selling polishes. A neutral that looks great on every skin tone is hard to find.

I have featured Sand Tropez on the blog before and it work amazing as a nail art base color, with a glitter topper...you name it. It really is a versatile shade. The formula is a bit thin but workable with no huge application issues.  This time I decided to pair it with this set of lacy floral decals I received from Born Pretty Store for review.

I started with two coats of Sand Tropez. I did a simple polka dot accent design on my ring finger and thumb, using American Apparel Cotton and my dotting tool. I then applied a coat of KB Shimmer Clearly on Top. Once dry I cut out the decals I was going to use and applied them using my fingers and finished with another coat of Clearly on Top.

I wore this  to my company's summer outing this weekend and they matched my dress perfectly. The decals have a great vintage vibe to them and were really easy to apply. My obsession with decals continues!

These decals retail for $2.68 for 1 sheet of decals and you have two flowers types to choose from: roses or lilies. Born Pretty Store offers free worldwide shipping and if you order don't forget to use my promo code PSL91 to receive 10% off your order!
