Lacquer Legion: On Holiday - Ice Cream for Summer

Did you get my little pun in the title of this post? I know it's cheesy but it works! It's time for the monthly Lacquer Legion post and June's prompt is "On Holiday". The first thing that came to my mind was ice cream. Why? Well I always think about ice cream because I love it, but also because it makes me think of Summer. And Summer means vacation (or holiday)!

For this design I started with two coats of Zoya Flynn as my base color. For the waffle cone pattern I used my striping brush and OPI Suzi Loves Cowboys. For the ice cream I used American Apparel The Valley. The sprinkles are American Apparel Cotton , American Apparel Office and Zoya Kitridge.

I kind of fell in love with this design and wore it all weekend. I'm still wearing it in fact! It will have to finally come off tonight but it had a good run.
